Historical societies, museums, and libraries around the state of New Hampshire have been challenged by the Robert & Karin Finlay Foundation to expand their membership support by October 31, 2008. The prize is a $25,000 grant.
The Finlay Foundation is committed to energizing the cultural workforce and to helping develop new ideas and initiatives that draw attention to the vital role these institutions play in society. The cash award of $25,000 is intended to inspire educational efforts and rally the community around this important cause.
